MEN & MENOPAUSE — THE FORGOTTEN PARTNER

What has menopause got to do with men?

If someone you love is going through menopause, you may want to help but have no idea where to start. This is a place to learn, ask better questions, and offer support that matters.

Guide coming soon. Register below to receive it when it is released.

How it began

Two sides of a conversation that needed to happen.

Women were telling me they felt misunderstood. They were trying to explain what was changing, and they did not always feel heard.

Then men started coming to me with questions of their own. They wanted to help. They just did not know how.

Those conversations prompted the surveys and the Men & Menopause talks. I wanted to listen more carefully to what women and men were experiencing, and give them a way to talk about it.

Women’s health and experience remain at the centre. Helping men understand is part of building better support around them.
