Legal & Accessibility

Privacy, terms of use, and accessibility.

These notices govern use of the MyMenopauseGP® website and education services. They describe the current pre-launch website and must be reviewed whenever forms, payments, analytics, hosting, or programme-delivery services change. Last updated: August 2026.

Privacy

How we handle your information.

Information you give us

When you complete an inquiry, newsletter, or programme-interest form on this website, the information you provide is used to respond to your request and administer the service or relationship you have asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The symptom assessment

The free symptom assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to MyMenopauseGP and are not stored on any server. After question six, you may separately provide your name and email address to request the general Midlife Priorities Guide. That contact request never includes your quiz answers. Marketing permission is optional and separate. You may print or save your on-screen result.

Contact and inquiry forms

When you request the Midlife Priorities Guide, the website sends your first name, email address, and consent choices through a secured server-side Site endpoint to MailerLite, our email-delivery provider. The private MailerLite credential is stored as a protected hosting secret and is not exposed in this website. Your symptom-assessment answers and result are not included in the request. Permission to deliver the requested guide is separate from the optional permission to receive ongoing evidence-based updates, programme news, and relevant offers.

Do not include personal medical information, employee health records, or other sensitive personal data in a general website inquiry.

Programme Priority Access and masterclass access requests are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to hello@mymenopausegp.com. This includes the details you provide, such as your name, email address, country, programme or pathway choice, message, and consent to be contacted. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See FormSubmit's service information.

Men & Menopause partner-guide requests are managed through MailerLite. We use your first name and email address to register your request and send the guide when it is released. The request is assigned to a dedicated partner-guide group. Consent to receive ongoing MyMenopauseGP educational updates, programme news, and relevant offers is optional and separate. We do not ask for your or your partner’s health information. You can withdraw your request by emailing hello@mymenopausegp.com, and unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email.

Analytics and cookies

This pre-launch version does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics service. The code exposes privacy-safe conversion events that omit contact details, quiz answers, scores, and form text, but those events are not sent to an analytics vendor unless a consent-aware implementation is approved. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice and the consent controls will be updated first.

Payments

This pre-launch website does not currently collect payment information. The prepared checkout flow uses a MyMenopauseGP-owned Stripe Payment Link once it is configured. Payment details would be entered on Stripe's checkout service rather than stored by this website. Before activation, the checkout, refund terms, tax treatment, provider disclosures, and privacy notice must be updated to reflect the approved account and target markets.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@mymenopausegp.com and address your request to the MyMenopauseGP Privacy Lead.

Terms of use

Educational boundaries and permitted use.

Not a medical service

MyMenopauseGP provides general education and transformation programmes. Accessing this website, completing the symptom assessment, purchasing a masterclass or programme, joining the community, or making a workplace inquiry does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Amobi or with MyMenopauseGP.

Content on this website does not diagnose menopause or any other medical condition, assess individual medical risk, recommend specific medication, or replace personalized assessment and care by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you have persistent, severe, sudden, worsening, or concerning symptoms, seek appropriate medical care. For urgent or emergency symptoms, contact your local emergency service immediately.

Programmes and products

Programme scope, pricing, access, refund terms, intellectual-property terms, community standards, and availability are confirmed in the applicable enrollment or enterprise agreement at the time of purchase. Descriptions on this website are indicative. MyMenopauseGP reserves the right to update programme content and delivery to reflect current evidence and operational requirements.

Workplace engagements

Workplace programmes are subject to a separate enterprise agreement. The indicative pricing and tier descriptions on this website are not contractual offers. Final deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are confirmed in the signed agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, curriculum materials, research summaries, design, and code — is the intellectual property of MyMenopauseGP or its licensors. Content may not be reproduced, republished, resold, or used to train commercial AI systems without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Alberta and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or privacy rights that apply where you live. Final legal wording should be reviewed against the registered operating entity and the markets in which products are offered before paid services launch.

Accessibility

Access should not depend on a particular device or mode of interaction.

Our commitment

MyMenopauseGP is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of technology, ability, or circumstance. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have built in

This website is built with semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus states, skip-to-content links, labeled form controls, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts that work from small phones to large screens, reduced-motion support for users who prefer less animation, and print-friendly styles for educational content.

The symptom assessment, accordion questions, and modal dialogs are all keyboard-operable and include appropriate ARIA attributes so they work correctly with screen readers.

Known limitations

Video content will be hosted on a third-party platform. We will include captions and transcripts wherever we have control over the delivery environment. PDF downloads will be reviewed for accessibility before publication.

Reporting an issue

If any page or interaction on this website creates a barrier for you, please contact us at hello@mymenopausegp.com and describe the page, the device and browser you are using, any assistive technology involved, and the nature of the barrier. We will acknowledge accessibility inquiries and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

Alternative formats and reasonable accessibility arrangements for programmes and workplace engagements can be discussed on request.
