Retention
Protect institutional knowledge by making midlife support visible, credible, and usable before valued employees disengage or leave.
For HR directors & executive sponsors
Move beyond a one-off awareness webinar. MyMenopauseGP helps organizations build informed managers, practical support systems, credible education, and a measurable workplace response that experienced women can trust.
Every programme is tailored to your workforce and goals. Scope, delivery, and investment are confirmed in your proposal.
The business case
Managers may want to help but lack language, boundaries, confidence, and a usable process. Employees may not know what is safe to disclose. Policies may exist without translating into everyday practice. The result is avoidable friction at a career stage when organizations most need experienced talent.
Protect institutional knowledge by making midlife support visible, credible, and usable before valued employees disengage or leave.
Give managers practical language, clear boundaries, escalation routes, and the confidence to respond without diagnosing or overstepping.
Identify appropriate environmental, workflow, communication, and flexibility options that support people to remain present and effective.
Replace inconsistent responses with a shared framework aligned to dignity, privacy, reasonable support, and organizational policy.

Three levels of organizational change
Every engagement is educational and organizational—not medical care for employees. Final scope is shaped by workforce size, geography, delivery format, and implementation needs.
Tier 1
Request a tailored proposal
A credible starting point for organizations that need shared language, evidence, and a clear view of current readiness.
Tier 2
Scoped around your managers and workforce
A manager-capability programme that moves education into everyday conversations, decisions, and support practices.
Tier 3
Bespoke organisational partnership
A deeper partnership for organizations ready to embed internal capability, measurement, leadership alignment, and a champion pathway across the enterprise.
CPD-accredited certification will only be represented as included after formal accreditation is confirmed. Until then, Tier 3 provides a robust champion-capability pathway without issuing an unverified CPD claim.

Why MyMenopauseGP
This is not a generic wellbeing talk with a menopause label. The programme is physician-founded, Lifestyle Medicine-informed, evidence-reviewed, and designed around what managers, employees, partners, and executive sponsors actually need to do differently.
Research-engaged design
Dr. Amobi’s cross-national study, “The Forgotten Partner,” has been accepted for poster presentation at the 2026 Annual Meeting of The Menopause Society. That work strengthens a distinctive part of the enterprise model: menopause does not happen to one employee in isolation, and workplace support is more effective when it understands the wider system around her.
The champion pathway is designed to create a responsible internal network with defined role boundaries, escalation routes, education standards, and ongoing support. CPD accreditation will be activated and advertised only when formal status is confirmed.

Enterprise FAQ
Yes. Tier 1 is designed as a credible foundation: an assessment, a physician-led education session, an executive debrief, and practical recommendations. It can stand alone or establish the baseline for a deeper manager or enterprise programme.
The final proposal reflects workforce size, number of cohorts, virtual or in-person delivery, geography, travel, customization, policy/toolkit depth, measurement requirements, and partnership duration. The published ranges are qualification signals, not fixed quotations.
Yes. The programme can be designed for virtual, in-person, or blended delivery. Multi-region work requires early agreement on time zones, local policy context, cultural adaptation, travel, and the boundaries of education across jurisdictions.
No. MyMenopauseGP provides evidence-based education and organizational capability. It does not diagnose individual employees, recommend personalized treatment, or create a doctor-patient relationship. Participants are directed to appropriate individual care when needed.
Measures are agreed during design and may include baseline knowledge, manager confidence, employee awareness of support routes, participation, implementation milestones, and qualitative evidence. Retention, absence, and performance are influenced by many factors, so they are monitored responsibly rather than presented as guaranteed outcomes.
The Tier 3 model includes a structured champion-capability pathway. Formal CPD accreditation is not represented as active until it has been independently confirmed. Proposals will state the current accreditation status precisely and will never issue unverified certificates or CPD points.
